Great for all types of members
I bought this book because I prefer meal plans. It has 15 x 5 day meal plans for each plan - purple, blue and green. That was the only let down. I would've preferred seven days, like they did 20+ years ago.
However, there are fantastic, nourishing and simple recipes with every day ingredients that are family friendly and/or great to make for yourself. Pretty happy with the book. I can see myself needing more time to be in the kitchen!
