While it is a subscription based offer, there are no joining fees, you have zero commitments and you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

1. Choose a meal plan that fits your lifestyle 

Choose a weekly plan with 5, 7, 10 or 14 meals. 

2. Check if we deliver to your postcode and choose your delivery date

Enter your postcode in our delivery check to find out if we deliver to your area and choose your delivery date. Order online before the cut-off dates to receive your meals on regular delivery days. Your first order will start your weekly delivery which you can pause or cancel at any time.  

3. Select your individual meals

Choose from a range of delicious meal options and add them to your cart. 

4. Enjoy your weekly WW Healthy Eats delivery 

Meals will be delivered to your door on the delivery day you selected. Forget about meal prep and cooking, simply sit back and enjoy!

WW Healthy Eats provides a flexible solution that’s convenient, fresh, and nutritious, all whilst fitting easily into WW’s new PersonalPoints program.

The new range of home delivered chilled meals makes eating well and meal planning easier. All meals are low in PersonalPoints, making them the perfect solution for quick midweek meals that won’t blow your budget. Whether you're looking for easy work lunches, simple weeknight dinners, or just need a break from cooking every now and then. 

This range of meals are also available for purchase for non members 

You can subscribe to the WW Healthy Eats Plan via the WW eShop. 

You can do this in 2 ways:

  1. Scan the barcode that comes on the meal label using your WW App
  2. Check the meal listing on the WW eShop for the PersonalPoints range icon 

Unfortunately not at this point. Following the launch in Australia, we will continue to explore ways to expand our distribution.

We've just launched and started our deliveries to some areas but at this stage cant make it to deliver to all postcodes in Australia. Our meals are made in NSW and we want to guarantee we bring you your meals fresh and on time. Unfortunately this means we cant reach some areas that are a bit further from our manufacturing base like WA, SA, Tasmania, NT, Far north Queensland and some regional areas in Vic and NSW at this stage. Please do contact our customer service with your interest in this range and your postcode so we can investigate how we can work on expanding to get to you soon.

HEATING & STORING

Our meals are already fully cooked so you just need to heat them up. Simply follow the heating instructions on the bottom of each meal container. Our meals are designed to be heated in the microwave, but if you don’t have a microwave or would prefer not to use one, you can heat them in the oven or on the stove.

MICROWAVE:

Refer to the heating instructions on the bottom of the meal container. Prior to heating, make a couple of slits in the top of the plastic covering to allow steam to escape during microwaving. It will take approximately 2 minutes on high to heat up. Serve.

OVEN:

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Remove the ingredients from the plastic tray and place them in an oven-safe dish and cover the top with tin foil. Heat in the oven for 8 minutes. Stir and remove foil. Place back in the oven for another 2 minutes uncovered. Serve.

STOVE:

Place the meal in a pot or pan on the stovetop on medium-high heat. Stir at regular intervals. It will take about 5-10 minutes to heat through. Serve. 

Yes. Although our meals are designed to be refrigerated, you can freeze them if you like. Keep in mind that some foods freeze better than others – we don’t recommend freezing any meals which contain salad or raw vegetables.

TO HEAT MEALS FROM A FROZEN STATE:

Do not defrost first. Remove the meal from the freezer and immediately microwave in its frozen state on high for 1 minute. Then refer to heating instructions on the bottom of the meal container. 

MEAL DELIVERY

Your meals are always delivered fresh by courier in insulated refrigerated boxes with ice packs, which stay cold for 6-8 hours from delivery. Due to our Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), our meals are naturally preserved by removing the oxygen – so your meals can last for a week in the fridge. Our delivery vans are also refrigerated so your meals stay fresh. 

We deliver weekly by courier on Thursday/Friday depending on your location, between 7am and 6pm. Unfortunately we are unable to meet specific delivery-time requests. However, you’ll receive an SMS the night before your delivery arrives with a tracking link. On the morning of your delivery day we’ll send another SMS with an updated delivery window. And of course you’ll also receive an SMS once delivery is completed.

We are expanding fast, so if we aren’t yet delivering to your area, chances are we soon will be! Enter your postcode in the Delivery Check to check if we deliver to your area.

We have one delivery schedule per week:

  • Order by Saturday 6am to receive your order on the following Thursday/Friday

No. You don’t need to be at home to accept delivery of your box; it will be waiting for you on your doorstep until you get home.

Unfortunately our courier company does not deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes at this time. You will need to enter a residential or office address for delivery.

Unfortunately we are unable to do this for food safety reasons, as there is a cross-contamination risk. However, we use 100% recyclable cardboard for delivery boxes, so you’ll be able to recycle yours easily.

Unfortunately you can't change your delivery day on your existing order. However you can easily skip a week of delivery or pause your subscription for future orders. To skip a week of delivery, log in to your account, go to Manage Subscriptions and select Manage. Click the Skip next button. 

To pause your subscription for as long as you want, just log in to your account, go to Manage Subscriptions and select Manage. Click the Pause subscription button. click on the drop down menu to select the timeframe. 

Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription and purchase a new one with the updated delivery date. 

To see your delivery date you must have set up an account. Login to your account and you will see your delivery date.  

You will be charged for your delivery on the date you placed your order and on the same day every week unless you pause or cancel your subscription. 

MY SUBSCRIPTION

WW HEALTHY EATS is a zero-commitment subscription service. This means that once you sign up with us, you will receive weekly deliveries (and be charged for those deliveries when you place your order, a week in advance of your delivery) - unless you choose to pause, skip or cancel your subscription package.

TO PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:

Log in to your account. Go to Manage Subscriptions and select Manage. Click the Pause subscription button. You can pause your subscription for as long as you want, click on the drop down menu to select the timeframe. 

TO SKIP A WEEK OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:

If you’re going away for a week or two, you can easily skip a week of delivery. Log in to your account. Go to Manage Subscriptions and select Manage. Click the Skip next button.

TO UPDATE YOUR WEEKLY MEAL SELECTION:

Log in to your account. Go to Manage Subscriptions and select Manage. Click on the button “View or edit Meals” and change your meal selection for the following order. Alternatively you can also click on the meal plan image to view or edit your selected meals.

Click on the triple dots and select Update my Meals. Change your meal selection by adding/removing meals from your subscription order. 

TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:

Log in to your account. Go to Manage Subscriptions and select Manage. Click the Cancel subscription button at the bottom right corner of the page.

You can create an account during the checkout process by selecting the “Already have an account? Sign in” option. 

But if you miss this option, you can always go back and create an account at any time by clicking the person icon on the top right corner on ww.com/shop. Just make sure you use the same email address to create your account that you used when placing your subscription order.  

No, we understand life happens and routines change so your WW HEALTHY EATS subscription is on a week-by-week basis for your convenience. Pause, skip or cancel as needed and always be in control of your orders. 

We accept debit and credit card payments (Mastercard and Visa), Paypal, Apply Pay and Shop Pay. If you are using a debit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account or your order won’t be received.  

To change your delivery address, log in to your account, go to View Addresses and edit or delete your default address and/or add a new address.  

Simply log in to your account and you will see your order history. 

To change your billing information, log in to your account, go to Manage Subscriptions and click the button Edit on the payment method section. 

Yes. While WW Healthy Eats is a subscription service, you have zero commitments and you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.  All you have to do is setup or login to your account and click the  pause subscription button immediately after placing your first order.  

No, if you have already created an account, you can use the same account to purchase a subscription. Your meal subscription will be added to your current account.

OUR MEALS

Yes! WW HEALTHY EATS meals are made fresh-to-order, and are delivered fresh, never frozen. However if you would like to freeze your WW HEALTHY EATS meals, the menu items without raw salad ingredients freeze well. 

Most WW HEALTHY EATS meals have a shelf-life of 7 days in the fridge. However please note that the meals containing raw salad ingredients have a shorter refrigerated shelf-life of 5-6 days max (counted from the day prior to delivery, when the meals are picked up for refrigerated transport by our courier). Each meal will be delivered with an individual expiry date. 

With Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) - a natural preservation process involving the removal of oxygen to significantly increase shelf life. Your meals are also always delivered fresh by courier in an insulated, recyclable refrigerated box filled with ice packs; your delivery box stays cold for 6-8 hours from delivery. 

Yes! Choose whatever you’d like that’s on the menu. Once you place an order with us, you will receive a weekly email reminder about the cutoff time for making changes to your following order. 

We have 4 meal plans, the difference between each plan is the quantity of meals included in the box. 

There are 4 plans to choose from:

  •  5 MEAL PLAN has 5 single serve 300g meals at $67.50 ($13.50 per meal)
  •  7 MEAL PLAN has 7 single serve 300g meals at $86.80 ($12.40 per meal)
  •  10 MEAL PLAN has 10 single serve 300g meals at $117.50 ($11.75 per meal)
  •  14 MEAL PLAN has 14 single serve 300g meals at $156.80 ($11.20 per meal)

No cooking needed! WW HEALTHY EATS meals arrive cooked and ready-to-eat so you can heat and enjoy them at your convenience, and without having to do the dishes. Peel back one corner of the film & remove the sauce/dressing, if any. Microwave on high for 2.5 - 3.5 mins or until hot. Heating times may vary. Remove film. Consume immediately. 

Unfortunately, right now you can’t add or remove ingredients from WW HEALTHY EATS meals. Click on each meal for a full ingredient list and nutritional breakdown. 

Yes, all WW HEALTHY EATS meals are delivered pre-portioned, and come with nutritional information, heating instructions and a full ingredients list - so you know exactly what you’re getting. 

Our delicious meals are made using fresh, wholefood ingredients with no added additives or preservatives. However, due to seasonal availability we may outsource some of our ingredients and these may contain preservatives or additives.

To check if your meals use products that may contain preservatives or additives, you can view the compound ingredients list on each meal page. 

Yes. Each WW HEALTHY EATS meal comes in microwave-safe container, covered with a plastic film.  

When you're selecting your meals, click on the meal image to see the meal’s nutritional information including the nutritional panel, ingredients, allergens and PersonalPoints values. Alternatively you can also see the meal’s nutritional information on the packaging. 

OTHER

Shop Pay helps you check out faster when you’re shopping by automatically filling in your saved payment and shipping information when you enter your email address at checkout. It remembers your details for the next time you shop with us.

Shipping fees for Australia and New Zealand are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight and dimensions of the parcel.  

Receive FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99.00 (only valid at the time of purchase and cannot be applied once the order has been placed. Cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.)  

Shipping fees are additional and different for purchase of our WW Healthy Eats meal delivery subscription as these are delivered by courier. Shipping fees are calculated based on your postcode and seperate to any other fees charged for other purchases on our eshop which are delivered seperately.
